What does the price include? The price listed on the website is in EURO. It does not include local taxes (i.e. VAT) and/or customs taxes.

What is the shipping and handling cost? The shipping cost we quote you is the real cost of the courier whereas there is NO handling cost.

Are there specials for dealers or retailers? Special prices are available for dealers and retailers.We gladly communicate prices for all those interested in selling our products.

Can I get a discount? You can get discounts for quantity, multiple orders, being a preferred customer, etc.

How can I order your products ? You can order products online. Prices are listed on the website.

What if my company needs an invoice before it can issue a payment? No problem. Once you have accepted our offer, we can send the invoice and you can make the formal order or payment.

Is there a minimum order? No minimum order is required.

Who has access to my Credit Card information?
Transactions made by credit card are executed on Sella Bank’s secure site. The authorization of the transaction is strictly limited to the order value. For safety reasons, no data from your card is transmitted to our company.
The transactions made on the Visa International Circuit are guaranteed against fraudulent use through the system, “Verified by Visa”.

What other methods of payment are accepted? We also accept payment via bank transfer/direct deposit in advance. For transfers, our bank information will be communicated to you by email at the moment of the order.

Do you accept purchase orders intended for payment to be made after the order is made and shipped? For large companies and/or others at our discretion which operate in the following areas:

How long is the shipping and delivery time? There are two possibilities:
1) Goods are bought directly from the website. They are shipped the next day by express courier, FedEx.

All delivery dates shown are approximate and is not liable for any delivery delays. We will send you a confirmation email including payment verification and a shipping tracking number.

2) Goods are purchased though dealers in your area and are shipped from those sites according to their conditions
