IEC 61850 / PROFINET - Converter
IEC 61850 / S7comm - Converter


This serie of products allows to integrate some IEC61850 devices into a PROFINET network.
In case of Siemens PLCs (or equivalent), it is possible to use S7comm protocol to get and set data into them from a IEC 61850 net. S7comm protocol is a Siemens protocol: this protocol is very good if it is necessary to get and set data from/to the PLC without changing the configuration of the PLC itself. This protocol will work as a debug protocol and the automation below the PLC will continue to work without any interferance.

The HD67B82-A1 is an IEC 61850 Server / PROFINET Master Converter so you can connect an IEC 61850 Client network (for example a SCADA, HMI etc..) with some PROFINET devices in order to exchange informations between the nets.

The HD67752-A1 is an IEC 61850 Server / PROFINET Slave Converter so you can connect an IEC 61850 Client network (for example a SCADA, HMI etc..) with a PROFINET Master in order to exchange informations between the nets.

The HD67778-A1 is an IEC 61850 Client / PROFINET Slave Converter so you can connect an IEC 61850 Server network (for example a Meters, Switces etc..) with a PROFINET Master in order to exchange informations between the networks.

The HD67620-A1 is a IEC 61850 Server / S7comm Converter and it allows you to connect a IEC 61850 Client (for example a PC, a Supervisory System...) with a Siemens PLC (or equivalent) in order to exchange the informations between the networks without changing the configuration and stopping the automation of the PLC.
